First Challenge

Like many companies, during the pandemic time, it became really difficult for Mobilu to give the best welcome possible to new employees and ensure a good integration since they were all working from home. So, it became important to adapt HR Processes to the new circumstances and favorise the integration & well-being of new collaborators.
Manage the onboarding of new employees, adapt to new needs, respect HR processes & Mobilu’s integration traditions, but above all perpetuate the family atmosphere and growth of the corporate culture. That was Bravon’s mission.

Our Solution

It was essential to analyse Mobilu’s onboarding processes, but also to discuss with the teams their welcome methods and traditions. Thanks to this analysis, we were able to build on Bravon, a specific and adapted onboarding journey, made to welcome new collaborators. Few days before the start of their contract, new employees were invited to download the Bravon app and join the Mobilu environment. Before their arrival, they could start their adventure as a new Mobilu member, and start feeling like a company member. Composed of different steps (welcome video, company and team members’ presentation, games and tasks), this adventure humanizes a remote welcome and makes it more fun. Then, using the academy feature, Mobilu integrated microlearning techniques to teach the new employees about the company policies, rules and procedures.

Second Challenge

The pandemic created another challenge for Mobilu. The team has been working from home for more than a year now and those precious moments of coffee breaks, lunches, pleasure time that teams normally have in the office were lost. These moments are crucial for bonding, especially for new teammates. The challenge for Bravon wasn’t to recreate these moments at home but to come up with a solution that could connect and help to create connections and bond the team.

Our Solution

Obviously, Bravon couldn’t exactly replicate those moments with lots of “human contact” and interaction. So what Bravon did was try to figure what kind of activities Mobilu’s Team would like to do at home that could also contribute to this purpose of connecting them. To solve this challenge, Bravon proposed Mobilu to use Bravon’s platform to create fun, interactive games between all Mobilu’s team members. Mobilu team members had to compete & collaborate between them to complete fun challenges and tasks. This way, the team would interact “outside” of a serious environment, allowing them to enjoy more the time spent “at” Mobilu, and increasing bonds and links between the team.

Results:

Bravon’s proposed solutions have helped Mobilu solving its problems. All of the team showed interest to keep playing these games and challenges, saying it helped to relax and enjoy more the work. The new employees also said that the digital onboarding using the Bravon Academy was really helpful to the process. In the next chart, we show how much Mobilu has improved by using Bravon.
